Actalent is seeking an experienced leader to drive end-to-end design and qualification of advanced electric motor systems for aerospace and defense programs. You will translate strict system requirements into manufacturable, high-reliability motor solutions while guiding multi-disciplinary teams through the full product lifecycle.

Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 10+ years in high-performance motor design, with ANSYS Motor-CAD proficiency and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in high-performance electric motor design.
• Experience with ANSYS Motor-CAD and knowledge of aerospace standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and qualification of advanced electric motor systems for aerospace and defense platforms.
• Translate system requirements into manufacturable, high-reliability motor solutions.
