Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, components, and assemblies
• Create and review detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD models
• Conduct structural, thermal, and mechanical analysis to ensure design integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and project delivery
• Identify and resolve engineering challenges through root cause analysis and corrective action
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent
• Experience with FEA, thermal analysis, or fluid dynamics is a plus
• Strong understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• EIT or PE licensure is a plus but not required
