Responsibilities

• Assist in design, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems, controls, and electronic components used in Harris Products Group products.
• Develop and implement electrical and automation solutions to improve product performance, manufacturing efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical teams on product development projects, capital investments, and production support initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Planning, Finance, Quality, Operations, and other departments to understand how engineering decisions impact business results.
• Apply Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies through training and hands-on projects.
