Your experience within the core rotational assignments will help you gain in-depth knowledge about Lincoln Electric’s products and applications as well as puts you in position to follow any number of career paths, including research & development, operations, automation, manufacturingengineering, consumableengineering and more!

Join a 12-month immersive engineering training program at our Euclid facility, featuring:

• Hands-on Welding Training – Develop practical welding skills through guided instruction, periodic skills assessments, and automation exposure.
• Six Sigma Certification – Gain foundational knowledge in process improvement and quality management.
• Core Rotational Assignments – Work on real business priorities across multiple departments.
• Personalized Development Track – Tailored to your interests and aligned with current business needs.

What You'll Work On

• Machine or system design.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing orhavingachieveda bachelor's degree in engineering by June 2027
• Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basiswithout sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Anengineering degree in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Chemical, Industrial, Material Science, Welding, Packaging, Metallurgy.
• Minimumoverall GPA of 3.0.
• Desireto work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
