Qualifications

  • Pursuing or has bachelor’s degree in engineering by June 2027.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Machine or system design.
  • Create detailed design specifications, manufacturing instructions, assembly drawings, and testing protocols.
  • Test prototype equipment and execute quality control processes.
  • Develop new consumables through applied research.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of safety mechanisms and controls for industrial machinery.

Overview of the Program

Lincoln Electric’sEarly Talent Engineering Program is the ideal entry point to the vast opportunities available to you at Lincoln Electric. Your experience within the core rotational assignments will help you gain in-depth knowledge about Lincoln Electric’s products and applications as well as puts you in position to follow any number of career paths, including research & development, operations, automation, manufacturingengineering, consumableengineering and more!

Join a 12-month immersive engineering training program at our Euclid facility, featuring:

  • Hands-on Welding Training – Develop practical welding skills through guided instruction, periodic skills assessments, and automation exposure.
  • Six Sigma Certification – Gain foundational knowledge in process improvement and quality management.
  • Core Rotational Assignments – Work on real business priorities across multiple departments.
  • Personalized Development Track – Tailored to your interests and aligned with current business needs.
What You'll Work On
  • Machine or system design.

Basic Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing orhavingachieveda bachelor's degree in engineering by June 2027
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basiswithout sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Anengineering degree in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Chemical, Industrial, Material Science, Welding, Packaging, Metallurgy.
  • Minimumoverall GPA of 3.0.
  • Desireto work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
