Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings as required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
• Basic math and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean 5S initiatives to keep a clean, safe, organized workplace.
• Demonstrate good time management and multitasking.
• Assemble small components on production lines.
• Follow documented instructions and SOPs.
• Meet throughput and quality goals and document findings.
• Complete production travelers and identify proper identification.
• Assist with inventory tasks and troubleshooting fixtures.
• Perform basic welding/soldering with microscopes and tools.
• Train others on multiple production processes.
