Job summary

AEA Investors seeks an Electrical Manager to oversee and manage complex supply chain projects in the Washington, DC area. You will lead daily operations, coordinate activities, select and install electrical products, and guide project teams from logistics through to vendor management.

Ideal candidates have strong project management, technical sales experience, and the ability to mentor teams while interfacing with owners and vendors.

  • Collaborate with safety and quality control teams.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Oversee team compliance with purchasing and risk management policies.
  • Assess and manage vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate vendor packages and submittals.
  • Manage vendor testing, delivery, start-up, training, warranties, and documentation.
  • Manage feedback to vendors and address product issues.
  • Participate in discussions with business development teams.
