Job summary

Cherokee Nation Government Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to support Malmstrom AFB, MT, and oversee planning, design, construction and environmental programs. You will collaborate with CES leadership, engineers, contractors, and mission stakeholders to deliver practical engineering solutions that meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Active SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

SECRET Clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Engineer) or Electrical Engineering (Electrical Engineer).
Minimum of one year of mechanical or electrical engineering experience.
Knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and codes for facility and infrastructure projects.
Ability to manage engineering studies, designs, construction projects, and technical reviews.

Responsibilities

Provide mechanical or electrical engineering support for facilities, infrastructure, utilities, sustainment, restoration, modernization, design, and construction projects.
Plan, organize, coordinate, and support engineering studies, designs, analyses, project reviews, and construction activities.
Review designs, calculations, and specifications for assigned projects.
Develop project requirements, scopes of work, cost estimates, and design packages.
Prepare technical reports, engineering briefings, and recommendations for management.
