Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking experienced production assemblers to join our Fort Worth manufacturing team. The role involves assembling large mechanical and electromechanical cooling equipment on-site, with emphasis on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and HVAC-related manufacturing. Strong attention to detail and the ability to read BOMs and drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on mechanical assembly or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, diagrams, and BOMs.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished equipment per work instructions and BOMs.
• Perform basic electrical assembly, routing wires, and securing harnesses.
• Conduct basic functional and leak testing, inspections, and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
