Smith Seckman Reid, Inc is seeking an Engineer in Training II (EIT II) to support design and analysis for various projects in Nashville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering and have passed the FE exam. This position offers hands-on mentoring alongside senior engineers.

As an EIT II, you'll take on broader responsibility for technical tasks—supporting design, analysis, and coordination while helping keep deliverables on schedule, on budget, and aligned with client and code requirements. You'll mentor EIT I peers and build toward responsible charge under the guidance of senior engineers.
