Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination or eligible to sit for FE.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Fundamental skills in Carrier HAP or similar load calculation software.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develops clear drawings and documentation including existing conditions and ductwork/piping layouts.
• Assists in project documentation and delivery.
• Gains knowledge of building code research and engineering calculations under supervision.
• Participates in submittal reviews and site visits to support project delivery.
• Learns engineering design intent and system impacts through design communication.
