Qualifications

Extremely Well Custom Machinery Manufacturer in Salem seeks an experience Design Drafter with proficiency in AutoCad and 3D Cad (solidworks preferred). The company has a 50 year old history of supplying custom machinery solutions for a variety of industrial applications. Ideal candidates would have some experience with Machinery/Equipment Design Drafting along with experience using CAD software.

SUMMARY:

Develop detailed designs for complex machinery systems

• Review and analyze specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings of mechanical equipment, components, and systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other drafters to ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Revise existing drawings as necessary, particularly converting from AutoCad to Solidworks.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create drawings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of Design Drafting background for Equipment/Machinery
• Experience with Autocad and 3D Cad Tools.
