Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. seeks a skilled worker to support installation and wiring in a manufacturing setting. You will read blueprints, route wire, and complete grounding/bonding tasks while following safety protocols and teamwork expectations.

Ideal candidates will have vocational training or on-the-job experience, basic math skills, and proficiency with hand tools. This role may involve weekend shifts and outdoor work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Training in vocational schools, or related on-the-job experience.
• Must have working knowledge of basic math.
• Working knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Must be able to work efficiently without supervision.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Familiar with different size bolts/nuts.
• Able to read a tape measure and understand instructions.
• Operate hammer drill, regular drill, manual hand tools (safely)

Essential Duties

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have the ability to concentrate on tasks for long periods of time and be able to observe and receive information from all relevant sources.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing as well as answer telephones and greet customers.
• Must be able to work in an outside manufacturing environment for long shifts, including weekends.
• Position requires manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness, and a safety minded individual.
• Must be able to work in an open environment exposed to extreme temperatures.Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, twisting and handling of materials.
