Qualifications

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, welding, and other manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Designs major segments of complex subsystems.
• Creates 3-D models of parts and assemblies using SolidWorks 2023 to develop a subsystem layout.
• Applies knowledge of materials, finishes, welding, and other manufacturing processes to drawings.
• Performs tolerance analysis and applies GD&T per MIL-STD, ASME, NAS and DOD standards.
• Leads and collaborates with engineers and manufacturing to resolve design issues.
