Job summary

ISG seeks a Mechanical Designer in Green Bay, WI to advance mechanical designs using Revit, draft construction documents, and prototype solutions for building systems.

Join the ISG Employee Owner team and collaborate with Mechanical Engineers to layout HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection in varied building types. The role requires 1-2+ years of design experience and strong Revit/AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field.
• 1-2+ years of mechanical design experience in AEC, HVAC/plumbing focus preferred.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for construction documents.
• Solid understanding of HVAC and plumbing design principles.
• Knowledge of building codes (e.g., IMC, IPC, FFC).
• Willingness to travel to various job sites and offices.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft HVAC, plumbing and fire protection mechanical systems using Revit
• Produce and coordinate construction drawings with other disciplines
• Field measure and document existing buildings
• Interface with other ISG team members in a positive & professional manner
• Work collaboratively with multi-discipline engineering teams and project managers
