Job summary

Based at AriensCo's Brillion, WI headquarters, this role supports our growing service business with a primary focus on RapidCare parts, accessories, and attachments for the Ariens, Gravely, and Henry's brands. You'll create innovative design solutions to enhance performance, serviceability and customer experience of outdoor power equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in Mechanical Design or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in mechanical design environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supply technical information such as 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs.
• Present technical information during design reviews using CAD visuals.
• Investigate problems and requirements and develop solutions aligned with project goals.
• Support multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Manufacturing Engineering and platform managers on cost estimates.
