Based at our Brillion, WI headquarters, this role supports our growing service business with a primary focus on RapidCare parts, accessories, and attachments for the Ariens, Gravely, and Henry's brands. You'll create innovative design solutions to enhance performance, serviceability, and customer experience of outdoor power equipment.

Requires an AAS in Mechanical Design or related field and at least 3 years of experience; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience directly related to the duties described.

Responsabilités

• Develop and supply technical information: 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs to communicate design intent.
• Document and present technical information during design reviews (CAD model presentations).
• Investigate problems and requirements and develop solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Support multiple projects concurrently.
• Assist with component and tooling cost estimates with Sourcing/Manufacturing Engineering.
