Acutronic is looking for a Mechanical Designer II to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for producing elegant, easily assembled, cost-effective Acutronic products and services while maintaining the project schedule. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and 3D modeling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design complex electro-mechanical systems and components utilizing 3D modeling
• Generate manufacturing and assembly drawings using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software
• Create engineering document releases for purchasing and manufacturing
• Revise manufacturing and assembly drawings after release
• Work with project management and supervisors to maintain budget and schedule

Profile, Qualifications, and Skills:

• Associates Degree in Mechanical Design from an accredited college or university
• At least five years of technical experience, required
• Experience using 3D modeling is required
• A combination of education and skills may be considered
