Job summary

Spectra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Designer to support HVAC and plumbing design efforts in Tennessee. The role emphasizes REVIT-based documentation and collaboration with project teams to deliver accurate drawings for construction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC/plumbing design experience, strong knowledge of engineering systems, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and operating documents. This is a short-term, on-site assignment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive and relevant experience in HVAC and plumbing design.
• Proficiency in interpreting and incorporating technical drawings and operating documents.
• Technical knowledge of related engineering systems, applications of engineering and construction methods and materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise HVAC and plumbing design drawings and specifications.
• Utilize REVIT to model and document design work for construction.
• Ensure drawings meet project requirements and operating documents.
