Job summary

The Rundown AI, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Designer/Drafter Engineer in Dallas, Texas, to contribute to the design and development of autonomous UAV products. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from concept to production, ensuring structural integrity and functionality.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, strong CAD skills, and at least 2 years of experience in mechanism design. The position offers a full-time opportunity with competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mechanical or mechanism design for ground vehicles.
• Understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-ups for mechanical systems.
• Materials selection including alloys and heat treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and kinematic calculations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
