Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical design for aerospace or ruggedized hardware systems.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in managing an engineering team.
• Proficiency in creating detailed 3D models and drawings compliant with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and integration of mechanical systems for the X-BAT.
• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers.
• Ensure designs are buildable and reliable in real-world environments.
