NACHI America Inc is seeking a talented Mechanical Designer / Systems Engineer to join our System Engineering team in Novi, Michigan in our Robotics Division. This role is ideal for an experienced mechanical designer who enjoys developing innovative automation solutions, collaborating with customers, and bringing complex robotic systems from concept to reality.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will create and refine mechanical designs for robotic automation applications, support system integration efforts, and work directly with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements.

This position is primarily office-based but will also involve time spent in manufacturing and assembly environments. The role may require moderate physical activity, including bending, reaching, and occasional work around industrial machinery and automation equipment. Travel to customer sites may be required.
