This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in the US. Only US citizens and/or permanent residents of the US will be considered for this role. **How you will do it*** Proficient knowledge of 3D design software (CREO) and general knowledge of 3d Design Intent Concepts* Continually monitor design project to identify potential risk and adjusts when/where necessary.* Possesses a high level of mechanical design understanding, demonstrated through tool-based tasks such as:* System or large assembly layouts* Sheet Metal construction and DFM* Drawing Creation and Drawing Best Practices* PDM System related file management processes* Ability to work with ambiguity regarding design specifications; researching and communicating with various departments to resolve gaps in scope.* Demonstrates proficient knowle* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and develop designs that are well aligned with manufacturing capabilities.* Demonstrates proficient knowledge of design procedures such as retrieving and apply information from engineering standards and schematics, purchasing and manufacturing specifications for preparation, release and revision of drawings and Bills of Material. **What we look for Required*** CREO experience* Technical/Associate Degree in Mechanical Design/Drafting with 2+ years of experience, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree* Sheet metal, piping, and large assembly design* **US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident of the United States.** HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $30.00 - $40.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
