What You'll Do:

• Dive into diverse projects: Get hands-on experience in multiple engineering areas as you shadow our expert engineers.
• Turn concepts into reality: Contribute to design, detailing, and prototyping, powering our clients' success stories.
• Build practical skills: Advance your knowledge in machine design and Design for Manufacturing of real-world components.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently enrolled: AS-Transfer, BS, MS, or PhD program in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Biomedical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a similar field with a strong mechanical focus.
• CAD mastery: Solid experience with SolidWorks.
• A maker's mindset: 3D printing skills are a big plus.
• Problem-solving passion: You're a creative thinker with a hands-on approach.
• Strong communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills for team collaboration.
• Safety-conscious: Comfortable in a workshop environment requiring good practice and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation: Must have reliable transportation to our Charlton, MA laboratory.
