Job summary

Intellectt Inc seeks a Project Manager with a strong mechanical design background to lead engineering projects from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications while applying hands-on Revit modeling and rigorous design practices.

You will drive design reviews, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with ASME/ISO standards, and mentor junior engineers to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical design experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Autodesk Revit experience.
• Strong 3D modeling and 2D drafting skills.
• Knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Experience with DFMA, material selection, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of ASME, ISO, and ANSI standards.
• Experience with PLM/PDM and configuration/change management.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or equivalent tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and review 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Conduct design, model, and milestone reviews.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, changes, resources, and schedules.
• Support effort estimation, budget tracking, and project reporting.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, safety, schedule, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead technical discussions and provide regular project status updates.
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
