You'll mentor junior engineers, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement across product performance and customer satisfaction in a dynamic energy infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Creo for 2D/3D design.
• Familiarity with IEEE/CSA standards is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering design activities.
• Create and modify drawings, Bills of Materials, and technical documentation.
• Lead and participate in design and customer specification reviews.
• Provide timely mechanical engineering support across teams.
• Support customer inquiries with clear, technically sound responses.
• Contribute to vendor qualification, new component development, and testing.
• Conduct analysis, design, and development work using 2D/3D tools for transformer products.
• Mentor and guide early-career engineering colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
