Qualifications

• Engineering and physics knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical design engineering activities to develop competitive products.
• Develop mechanical structures from architecture and apply risk analysis.
• Decompose structures into subsystems and create detailed specifications.
• Evaluate reuse of existing subsystems and components.
• Develop alternative structures and select the best option.
• Maintain double-sided traceability with architecture under configuration management.
