Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in engineering design or industrialization processes.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration petitions.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for testing, supplier visits, and industrialization activities.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute design projects, ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.
• Coordinate design activities with the engineering team and facilitate knowledge sharing for products.
• Support testing of low and medium voltage systems.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure product release and industrialization for customer orders.
• Drive product releases through product lifecycle management software and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Assist with design automation updates to generate customer order documentation.
• Support industrialization by defining requirements and coordinating with manufacturing and quality teams.
• Participate in design reviews and cross-functional meetings to meet project objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and product quality.
