AFCO Performance Group in Boonville, Indiana is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to turn concepts into reality on our shock design team. You will lead design and development for motorcycle and UTV applications and collaborate with cross-functional engineers, technicians, and production staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on design & development experience in motorsports/automotive.
• Experience with fabrication equipment and prototype parts.
• Proficiency in CAD (CREO) and knowledge of CNC machining and materials.
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
