The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mechanical design or tooling within manufacturing, with SolidWorks proficiency and experience with food-grade molds or chocolate production processes.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree in mechanical engineering technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead mold and tooling design from concept through production implementation.
• Support equipment and tooling specification and procurement.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance during trials, startups, commercialization, and ongoing production.
• Develop engineered solutions that improve product quality, equipment reliability, throughput, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external toolmakers, mold manufacturers, machine shops, and equipment suppliers.
