Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program.
• SolidWorks experience is required.
• Must have a current GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, drawing development, and engineering documentation.
• Support design engineers with project work, including drawing creation, revisions, and release processes.
• Participate in brainstorming and problem-solving activities for new equipment designs and improvements to existing equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to redesign legacy equipment to meet updated performance requirements and sanitary guidelines.
• Assist with testing, evaluation, and documentation of engineering design changes as needed.
• Document findings, prepare reports, and communicate project updates as needed.
• Support additional engineering projects and initiatives as assigned.
