Morgantown, PA (Commutable from: Coatesville, Downingtown, West Chester, Exton, Lancaster, Reading, Kennett Square)

You will produce designs and detailed drawings in SolidWorks, leading your own projects and collaborating with smaller teams on larger ones. You will travel to customer sites up to twice a quarter to better understand how your designs will fit within a facility.

This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer with machine design experience who wants structured training, technical variety, and clear progression options in a long-term position.

The Role:

• Mechanical design and detailing in SolidWorks for complex heavy-industry projects.
• Leading your own projects and collaborating with smaller teams on larger ones.
• Travel to customer sites up to twice a quarter to see how your designs fit within a facility.
• Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with an early finish every other Friday.

The Person:

• Mechanical design / machine design background (conveyors, bearings, rotating equipment, fluid transfer or similar)
• Comfortable working on-site and visiting facilities as needed
