Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking an experienced engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical system upgrades on construction projects. You will prepare and review design concepts and final designs, coordinate with project teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory criteria and contracts.

The role requires independence, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead field installation and deliverables within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; professional credentials encouraged (PE/EIT).
• Ability to identify and resolve complex engineering problems and propose innovative recommendations.
• Experience with conceptual/final design reviews and coordination with PMs, safety, and QC teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement scientific and engineering services for construction projects in line with standards and contracts.
• Prepare and review conceptual and final designs for advanced mechanical system upgrades.
• Lead installation verification and provide support across project teams to meet budget and schedule.
