Interface Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer II/III (MEP) in Washington, DC with a hybrid schedule. Join a 100% employee-owned firm offering Collaboration from Home and a path to leadership.

You'll design HVAC systems, prepare drawings and calculations, and collaborate with clients and staff. The role emphasizes excellent communication, code compliance, and professional growth within a supportive, equity-seeking culture.

Qualifications

• BSME, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' MEP/AEC design and consulting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in public safety, educational, and commercial sectors.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards
• Demonstrated interaction with clients in meetings or presentations
