Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project-management tools.
• Understanding of engine hardware, 2D drawings, MBD, and manufacturing methods.
• Experience with NX, Teamcenter, SAP, and EC processes.
• ANSYS experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions meeting program milestones.
• Lead or support producibility initiatives and EFPRs.
• Support ECU Design Validation activities.
• Apply advanced 3D modeling to develop component- and module-level designs.
• Lead or support military field-incidents investigations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary IPTs across functions.
• Mentor and support early-career engineers.
• Improve engineering efficiency through data mining and AI.
• Domestic travel of 10–20% may be required.
