The Designer I at Felling Trailers is responsible for mechanical design using CAD tools to create models, drawings, and BOMs for our product line. You will work with SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD to develop components and assemblies for on-time delivery.

You will mentor junior engineers, stay current with design best practices, and coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and optimize manufacturability.

Formación

• Mechanical design knowledge for creating models and drawings.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools and conventions.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and timeliness in design work.

Responsabilidades

• Work independently or with a team to design weldments and assemblies.
• Create BOMs and routing data using ERP systems.
• Keep SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD up to date with best practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Verify accuracy and quality of designs and drawings.
