Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in the design and drafting of residential, commercial, institutional, or light industrial mechanical systems
B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering
Licensed P.E.
Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
Proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit MEP
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MathCAD

Responsibilities

Creating efficient, cost-effective commercial, higher ed, institutional, and light industrial facilities design
Engineering design for residential and commercial mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and process systems
Assisting in developing and maintaining project work plan
Coordinating with electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines
Modifying designs after quality control review by senior designers or engineers
