Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (fluid mechanics specialization a plus).
• Minimum 5 years in a design engineering role, with connector/fluid domains preferred.
• Experience managing projects from concept to industrialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of fluid connector solutions for multiple industries.
• Drive projects from concept and prototyping through testing and industrialization.
• Create new designs and optimize using CAD and PLM tools.
• Apply fluid systems and thermal management expertise to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and global R&D sites.
• Travel occasionally for international project collaboration and site visits.
• Uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards.
