Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Robotics Engineering.
• 15 years of engineering machine design experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with SolidWorks and 3D CAD modeling.
• Experience with FEA/structural analysis.
• Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Experience with design, build, and test lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering and spin test solutions meeting technical requirements.
• Prepare layouts, drawings, schematics, and change notices.
• Coordinate prototype build and transition to production.
• Analyze data to establish performance standards.
• Perform FEA/structural analyses to ensure safety.
• Plan and execute engineering tests and instrument data acquisition.
• Provide project management for milestones.
• Support hands-on build and test activities.
• Maintain clear design and test documentation.
