Job summary

RFA Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop and maintain mechanical components and systems for diverse manufacturing environments. This onsite role involves close collaboration with an experienced engineering team to deliver robust, cost-effective designs.

Responsibilities include CAD modeling in Creo/Windchill, 2-D drawings, and cross-functional coordination with suppliers and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Agricultural Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers and customers on product selection and integration.
• Model components in 3-D using Creo and Windchill, including sheet metal and routings.
• Create and support 2-D drawings and specification documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, verification & validation, and suppliers to develop cost-effective designs.
• Provide documentation of design decisions and analyses for prototypes and implementation.
