Job summary

Responsibilities include translating market requests into design specs, creating CAD models, supporting testing, and collaborating with supply chain and other teams to deliver robust, serviceable solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering experience, or a related education and experience mix.
• 2+ years of CAD experience in 3D design software (SolidWorks and/or Pro-E).
• ERP/MRP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with product management, engineering, and sales to translate market requests into design specifications.
• Revise designs to improve manufacturability and ease of production.
• Develop 2D and 3D models/drawings of assemblies and components using CAD software.
• Provide a technical resource to customers and internal departments to address and resolve inquiries and problems regarding products.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the completion of assigned design, test, and documentation.
