Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an Engineer, Mechanical to coordinate across product management, engineering and sales, translating market requests into robust design specifications. You will develop 2D/3D models and assist with design improvements to enhance manufacturability and serviceability.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of engineering and CAD experience. ERP/MRP familiarity is preferred, with collaboration across multiple departments to deliver reliable, scalable

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering.
2+ years of engineering experience.
2+ years CAD experience in 3D design.
ERP/MRP experience required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with product management, engineering, and sales to understand market requests and translate those requests into design specifications.
Revise designs as needed, improving manufacturability to accommodate ease of production.
Assist in the review and on-going, continuous improvement of design system standards.
Assist with product development and design activities that include mechanical and electrical designs that meet design specifications and are manufacturable and serviceable.
Develop 2D and 3D models/drawings of assemblies, and components using CAD software.
Provide a technical resource to customers and internal departments to address and resolve inquiries and problems regarding products.
