Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of mechanical design engineering experience.
• Experience designing manufacturing equipment, tooling, or fixtures.
• Hands-on experience applying DFM/DFA principles.
• Experience collaborating with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Design 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for mechanical parts and systems.
• Apply DFM principles to optimize for manufacturability, speed, and cost.
• Prototype, test (physical and FEA), and refine designs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to resolve design issues.
• Prepare BOM and manufacturing drawings; apply GD&T.
• Manage design projects, timelines, budgets, and team reviews.
