Job summary

RG&T Solutions in Ohio is seeking an entry-level engineer to set part specifications and drive cost-effective design for manufacturing, including drawing issuance, development confirmation, and BOM management.

You will plan from concept to mass production, design and verify parts to meet vehicle targets, and create detailed 3D models and drawings while estimating costs and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with 3D parametric modeling, drawings, and tolerance analysis.
• Knowledge of design for manufacturing and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set part specifications to meet quality and cost targets.
• Issue drawings, confirm development, and manage Bills of Materials.
• Plan schedules from concept to mass production.
