Job summary

Sphinx Staffing is partnering with a growing MEP consulting engineering firm near Newark, DE to hire a Mechanical Designer/Drafter. This role focuses on producing mechanical drawings for HVAC systems, ductwork, and piping while collaborating with engineers and PMs on commercial projects.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of mechanical design/drafting experience and strong Revit expertise, plus a background in ductwork and piping layouts. Office-based 4-5 days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical design/drafting experience.
• Proficiency in Revit (required).
• Strong background in ductwork and mechanical piping layouts.
• MEP consulting engineering experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in-office 4-5 days a week.
