DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Will develop design from cradle to grave by way of the application of SolidWorks CAD software.
• Will engage in engineering design assessments of existing products and new ideas.
• Will aid in the development of plans to analyze and streamline design concepts.
• Plan for, obtain, construct, and identify test equipment, as well as conduct tests according to testing parameters developed to meet customer specifications.
• Write and manage engineering documentation.
• Will assist with and support product-related requests from internal (manufacturing) and external (end user) customers.
• Must create presentation materials for project and customer reviews.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

BSME required.

Minimum of 2-10 years of experience in designing parts and components using SolidWorks.
