TechniPower, Inc. in the Marshall, MO area is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to design mechanical assemblies and automation systems for precision deep-hole drilling machines and related industrial equipment.

You will be responsible for machine layout drawings, calculations, component specifications, and other technical documentation, while adhering to company standards and confidentiality. On-site work is required and the position is temp-to-perm or direct hire.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, tech, or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in design of manufacturing equipment or industrial machinery.
• Applied mathematical skills and mechanical analysis ability.
• Proficient in computer-aided drafting; AutoCAD proficiency; SolidWorks or Inventor.

I have a client located in the Marshall, MO area that has an opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for engineering and design of mechanical assemblies, automation systems, and other related systems for precision deep-hole drilling machines and special purpose industrial equipment. Machine layout drawing, required calculations, component specification, and other documentation. Perform engineering tasks related to drafting, mechanical analysis, and design, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting company standards. This position is a temp to perm or direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related degree
• 2-5 Years of Experience in design of manufacturing equipment or industrial machinery Required
• Applied mathematical skills and mechanical analysis ability
• Computer skills with drafting and AutoCADproficiency (Solidworks and Inventor)
• Physical Demands (lift or move up to 50 pounds)
