Your Role & Impact:

• Lead all aspects of product design, prototyping, analytical studies, and engineering enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production and enhance product performance.
• Optimize engineering processes and introduce new procedures to boost efficiency.
• Conduct and analyze product testing, ensuring compliance with certification agencies such as AMCA and UL.
• Support internal teams, customers, and external partners with technical expertise.
• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You Bring to the Team:

Education & Experience:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• A passion for mechanical design and problem-solving.
