Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in mechanical construction or related technical field
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong project management fundamentals: scheduling, budgeting, scope management, change orders, close-out
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and submittals
• Comfort coordinating across field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
• Valid driver's license; able to pass pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from kickoff through close-out
• Own project from contract turnover to final close-out
• Collaborate with estimators, sales engineers, and field teams
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and progress billings
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs; coordinate with customers on status
