Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management.
• 4 year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Estimating and job cost forecasting experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job site travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and estimating for mechanical construction projects.
• Develop budgets and oversee materials, equipment, labor, and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety standards and Horwitz’s professional culture.
• Review contracts for quality control and safety compliance.
• Prepare submittals, change orders, RFIs, and tracking logs.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate labor and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with owners, general contractors, and internal teams.
• Provide accurate cost forecasting and reporting.
