Job summary

You will work with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and leadership to deliver safe, on-time results per drawings, specs, and quality standards. The successful candidate will be technically proficient, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and organization skills to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and plumbing/HVAC design codes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities with field staff, project manager, estimators, and subcontractors using approved drawings and materials.
• Support the Project Manager to ensure effective performance and on-time delivery.
• Execute work according to shop drawings, specifications, construction schedules, and method statements.
• Assist the technical team with issues as directed by senior management.
• Monitor work progress and submit site reports per the project reporting plan.
• Control and coordinate subcontractor activities, reporting progress and potential issues.
• Maintain site management information systems and record daily activities.
• Provide senior management with regular feedback on project status, including program, quality, and client issues.
• Review drawings for accuracy and ensure current revisions are used; withdraw superseded versions.
